An All-Star Time

With the All Star game approaching, Kansas City is bustling with excitement for baseball. I thought his was the perfect time to blog about the fun we have had this summer at Royals games!
Although I am not the biggest sports fan, I know that with a die-hard husband and two sons, I had better get used to the sound of a game in the background at all times. ;)  One thing I thoroughly enjoy is taking my boys to Royals games. With Lan-Man just finishing his first "real" season of baseball, he is really getting in to the games. This last Royals game, when Landon was paying attention, cheering for the players and completely focused on what was going on, Scott was beaming with excitement. 
Scott claims that he doesn't care if the boys like sports or not. I claim that that is bullshit. Scott was so, so proud to watch Landon 'get' it. 
The only thing I 'get' about the games is the awesome time that we always have as a family. You don't need to love baseball to love going to a baseball game. You just need to love having a happy family!
