The Pool!
Our boys have always loved the water. Scott and I claim that the love of water came from us holding their tiny, red, wrinkly bodies against ours in the shower with us since they were born. Maybe? Maybe not? But, whatever it is that makes them comfortable in the H2O we are just happy that they love it.
Landon swims like an absolute fish. He impresses everyone at the pool with his abilities. I always say that Landon shines in the water. I will be mouth-open shocked if this child is not a swimmer later in life! :)
In true Kellen form, he loves the water and smiles ear-to-ear, but doesn't want to wear a floating device and doesn't want to be held...not a good combo, Kel-Man. Afer small fights, Kellen always gives in to us insisting that he not drown and he puts on the floaty and has a ball.
Scott has just as much fun as the boys do. The Cruce Clan is quite a sight!

As wonderful as this Summer was, I must admit that I am ready for cooler weather. Ready for slimy pumpkins and cheap, plastic costumes. Ready for jeans and busy (extra busy this year...yea!) Thanksgiving dinners. Ready for jackets and jumping in leaves. Ready for Fall. For now, I will look at these last few favorite pictures and I will engrave them in my mind so I will never forget just how amazing our Summers were when the boys were little...
Thank you Summer of 2011. Thank you for the memories. You Rocked!
Fall sure has a lot to live up to... bring it, baby!
